How to Travel to St Kitts and Nevis Right Now

St Kitts and Nevis officially reopened for international tourism on Oct. 31, paving the way for the return of travelers from the United States, Canada, Europe and around the world.

A number of the country’s major hotels have also reopened, including its two flagship properties: the Park Hyatt St Kitts and the Four Seasons Resort Nevis, both of which relaunched this week, along with smaller properties like Paradise Beach in Nevis.

So what do travelers need to know?

All visitors to St Kitts and Nevis must complete a Travel Authorization Form (you can find it here) and submit a negative PCR test completed within 72 hours of travel from an accredited laboratory.

All travelers will then undergo a health screening at the airport, which involves a temperature check and a health questionnaire.

All travelers then have to download the country’s contact tracing mobile app (more details on that to come).

So where can you stay?

Marriott’s St Kitts Beach Club is showing its first availability on Nov. 21, while the St Kitts Marriott Resort is showing Dec. 15 as its reopening date, according to Marriott’s Web site.

Visitors will be asked to follow basic health and safety protocols while on island, including mask wearing, frequent hand washing and sanitizing and physical distancing, officials said.
