St Kitts and Nevis Updates Travel Protocols

St Kitts and Nevis has announced a few slight changes to its current travel protocols. 

The update includes a price of $150 USD for PCR tests for international travelers. 

The country has also unveiled its Travel Authorization Form website; all travelers must complete the form and upload a negative PCR result within 72 hours of travel to the twin-island federation.

St Kitts and Nevis officially opened for tourism on Oct. 31. 

Some of the country’s top hotels are already back open, including the Four Seasons Nevis and the Park Hyatt St Kitts, among others.

Sandals Ochi Resort to Reopen in Jamaica

Sandals is continuing its Caribbean reopening push with a planned relaunch of its resort in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, Caribbean Journal has learned.

The Sandals Ochi Beach Resort is slated to reopen on Dec. 17, according to Sandals Resorts International.

The reopening of Sandals Ochi will be the 11th Sandals-branded property to relaunch since the pandemic.

Sandals now has resorts open in five different countries in the Caribbean, including Antigua, Jamaica, Saint Lucia, Grenada and Barbados.

The reopening of Sandals Ochi will be followed by the relaunch of Sandals Halcyon Beach in Saint Lucia on Jan. 15, according to the company.
