By the Caribbean Journal staff

A major new luxury real estate project is coming to Puerto Rico.

The St Regis Bahia Beach Resort has announced a new $85 million beachfront residential development called Ocean Drive.

The project, which is comprised of 30 condominium residences across three beachfront buildings, will range from 3,379 to 4,048 square feet of interior space.

All of the units will come with hotel service and amenities by St Regis.

The project is being accompanied by another development: The Atlantic Drive Estates, a collection of coastal home sites just west of the St. Regis Resort.

That project will consist of custom-designed homes, either in golf or lake locations.

The announcement comes as the St. Regis recently reopened its resort after a $60 million renovation.
