Exceptional Villas Expands to Aruba

Leading European villa management company Exceptional Villas is making a renewed push into the Caribbean, highlighted by an expansion to Aruba.

The company, which is based in Dublin, said the move was part of a plan to “become the world’s leading vacation rental service company.”

In addition to the Aruba debut, the company has also added 80 luxury homes in the Dominican Republic, 30 properties in Turks and Caicos and 40 villas in the Cayman Islands to its inventory.

The Aruba villas are set in the Tierra del Sol resort community.
