A luxury estate in the tony Dorado Beach enclave of Puerto Rico has hit the market for $5.3 million, Caribbean Journal has learned.

The home in Dorado Beach Estates has been listed with Puerto Rico Sotheby’s International Realty’s Margaret Pena Juvelier.

The home boasts a total of 14 rooms in the main house, along with an independent pool/guest house with a fully equipped gym and massage room.

The property also includes two home office suites with a full reception area and a full movie screening room.

The five-bedroom, 10.5-bathroom property has a total of 11,5000 interior square feet on a 1.568 acre lot.

For added privacy, it can only be accessed through the entrance to the Dorado Beach Resort.

“The Estates at Dorado Beach historically represent the prestige of the original 1400 acre Rockefeller Resort,” Sotheby’s says in the listing.
