VIDEO: The Best Beach You’ve Never Heard of Is on Cat Island

The nothing keeps going.

There’s nothing on this beach, just white sand and pine trees and blue sky above. And the nothing keeps going as far as the eye can see.

This perfect beach goes on for more than five miles, a coastline largely untouched since Columbus.

It’s called Old Bight Beach, and it’s the signature strand on beautiful Cat Island in the Bahamas, a 150-square-mile island with less than 1,500 people, a place where every beach is your own private stretch of sand.

It’s the best beach you’ve never heard of.

There’s nothing here. And that’s a wonderful thing.
